Dreaming spires and gables, elegant arches, stained glass, and hand-stencilled friezes surprise and delight guests in Victorian Gothic style. Modern climate control, AV and kitchen facilities ensure that your function or wedding delivers on expectations.
If these walls could talk, they could tell some stories! The original jarrah hammer-beam ceiling, dramatically lit, soars 15 metres over polished floorboards. Below, glass walls, restored arcading and black granite make the Lower Foyer and Undercroft enviable spaces to see and be seen for smaller functions and exhibitions -- all within walking distance to transport networks and major hotels.
A community-owned venue, the Town Hall offers discounts to not for profit organisations. Freedom to arrange catering and other suppliers means that you control costs, from simple in-house meetings to expansive galas. Our friendly staff can advise on the suitability of the venue for a variety of functions and budgets and suggest suppliers, if required. We invite you to book a site visit.
