Herb Graham Recreation Centre has two function venues available for hire, and able to accommodate 200 people theatre style and 150 people seated.

One is the Billabong room and the other is the Multicultural Centre.

Both areas have extensive fully enclosed, outdoor areas directly outside from the function space. The Multicultural centre also has a new playground as part of the outdoor space.

There are round or rectangular tables available and up to 200 chairs in each area, the tables and chairs are included in the hire fees for each space.

The Billabong room also has Bain Maries for keeping food hot, and a catering kitchen is available to hire in conjunction with the function rooms.
